Mangacandy.com is a site owned and run by Nami.
My site, Mangacandy.com, was originally a website that was created primarily for showing friends drawings and doodles I had drawn. Although there were other forms of this site, Mangacandy's official birth was on August 7, 2001. Since then, the idea of making an amateur drawing group with friends interested in manga and comics had slowly began to take shape. Due to school and other projects, the personal version of Mangacandy updates had come to an almost complete stop.
In 2004, a group called Kurotenshi [Black Angel] was formed. The group consisted of myself and a few friends bent on making some hand printed comics. We managed to make a small sample project on January 2006. Since then, the urge to try harder and put the stories in my head down on paper for others to read has been growing. Since there was already a Mangacandy.com and it was an easier name to remember, Kurotenshi's name has changed to Mangacandy and the site has been changed to appeal toward a manga and comic interested audience.
The site is still in its works, so I hope that it will eventually amount to great things! Please help us out by supporting us and reading what we've drawn. ^_^
