Thanks everyone who stopped by us at both Acen and Akon!Naka-kon 2008! [Feb 12, 2008 9:37:12 AM]Acen was new for us this year and we were happy to be accepted so well by everyone! We met lots of new people and artists and we hope to be back again next year if possible! Hopefully, if we do return, we wont get stuck with the pilar behind us...
Akon didn't fail us, as usual. We LOVE Akon! It was a little different this year since we tried to be there 24 hours. Split between three people with 12 hour shifts is really difficult... we failed on Saturday night, but hey, we tried! Sorry for any inconvenience to anyone who hoped we'd be there when we werent! :(
In other news, the nail printer did pretty well, we hope everyone was happy with their nails~! Also, we recieved two more fanarts for Crow, of which I'm terribly proud of!! I thank you guys, and I forgot to ask if we can post them up so I can show them off! D: If you guys check us out online, let me know if I can.... though I might do it anyway >.>;;
Again, as always, thanks to everyone who purchased one of our comics! Everything we do, everything we sell, and every back breaking, voice killing, brain frying day we spend working at conventions is all for printing more amateur comics for you to read!
Tokyo in Tulsa is up next! We're the convention artists for this one so come see us by registration, we've got more ideas brewing~!

Well, Naka-kon was a great experience this year! I'm happy to say that the con has really stepped up its game since last year and it's quickly improving!New for 2008! [Jan 26, 2008 3:53.50 PM]Naka-kon is our home convention, so we're happy to congratulate them on a job well done. Even though our view comes strictly from the dealer's room. XD We never move an inch from our artists table, lol.
We met many familiar faces and a lot of new ones, too! We have to thank all the artists in the artist alley for being great neighbors and being fun to talk with! Also, we thank everyone who came by to keep us company during the down-times, or to help us out! And of course, thanks to everyone who supported us by purchasing any of our items~!
I'm planning to update a few pages soon. Particularly I want to finally post up all our pictures from past cons and other images. I'll also be adding a preview for Crow: Part 2.
I have added a new section in the "Mangacandy" drop down called "Convention List" which is exactly what you think it is. It'll tell you what conventions we're going to, and when! So you can come visit us!
Again, if you've taken any pictures that you'd like to share with us from Naka-con '08, please send them to mangacandy@gmail.com. We didn't bring our camera this time. :( I'm going to do my best to organize the photos and put them all up as soon as possible.

It's been a while since our last update, but I'm happy to announce that we've been busy and finally have something to show for it!Some Adjustments [Aug 23, 2007 11:32:11 PM]The second issue of Crow is done and it will be selling at all conventions we attend this year, I will provide a list of those conventions for anyone interested, shortly. It is not yet in the store but we'll get it up soon.
In other news we've got another comic in the works as well as other exciting projects planned for 2008!
Our current convention plan is as follows:

Not really much of an update. o.o;; Since Tomaki is taking over the stuff for the website, I'm checking it every once in a while to make sure everything is running smoothly. Some of the scripting for the print comic section has been adjusted. Ataraxy should be in our online store soon. :3

Well so far I've gotten up some preview pages for both Crow and for Ataraxy! For the time being I think that's the largest/most important update, but there should be a few more cool things to look forward too. ^^To find the previews look under the Comics drop down and go to the new Print Comics section. ^^
I also added a site map under the Mangacandy drop down. Nothing special, but if you're lazy and want to read about what's on the page before you go to it, the site map is for you. XD
